From what I can see this works good, although it show's the battery charger is putting out to many volts. It also might need the battery replaced? It come with a key to lock up the case. It dose have shelf wear. I think it's missing some rubber hose. I do not know what if anything else it could be missing, please look closely at the photos. Because of the missing hose, this has not been completely tested. There for this is being sold as is no warrantee implied or given. I do know the gas cylinder is empty. The gas regulator is still in the factory wrapper. Other than that you will need to look at the photos for all else.
