    Oneway Clamp Block For 1-7/8" Gap (Part# 3154-181).  It is a block which allows accessories to be clamped to the lathe bed for woodturning.
    This block is intended for use with other Oneway products such as spindle steadies, bowl steadies, and coring systems.
    Each block is specific to your make/model of lathe, so make sure you measure your lathe's block gap and get the correct one!
    I ended up with the wrong clamp block for my wood lathe's spindle rest, so it's now being listed on ebay!  These are great clamp blocks as they are machined from steel for a better fit with your lathe than most of the cast metal ones on the market.
